SoS.24 is one of the largest events for corporate sustainability in Europe and is being held under the patronage of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
Over 1,800 participants from business, politics and civil society will discuss the opportunities and challenges of ESG regulations on site (Rosengarten Mannheim). They include representatives and sustainability managers from KPMG, PEFC, Bosch, Metro, TUI, Ritter Sport, Salzgitter AG and Südzucker, among others.
The two days of the event will begin with keynote speeches by Gunther Beger (Managing Director at UNIDO), Patrick de Cambourg (Chairman of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board), Sandra Uwera Murasa (Global CEO at Fairtrade International) and Thomas Fell (CEO of GS1 Germany), among others. This will be followed by various tracks, presentations and panels on topics such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the EU Supply Chain Directive (CSDDD), the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), CO2 Footprint and the Digital Product Passport, as well as a dedicated track on Healthcare regulations. There are also many opportunities to network with stakeholders from organizations and companies from a wide range of industries.
